- OCBC never asks for PIN, OTP, user ID, Password and CVV of Customer Credit/ATM Cards for any reason. Please be careful when making transaction and protect your personal data information and the Company. If you receive a message on behalf of OCBC, please make sure that the telephone number/email address/WhatsApp, and so on are indeed from the bank's official number. - Activate Hardware Token and/or Software Token for transaction authorization.
- Activate Two Factor Authentication (2FA), install antivirus, and use email filter services.
- Educate your employees regarding transaction security, including information about cybercrime, fraud tactics, and safe transaction tips. Always read carefully every message/link that you receive and be aware of Business Email Compromise (BEC).

- Be careful when receiving unknown calls. Do not be easily tempted by the gifts offered or panic when you get bad news. Double check and validate the information and phone number.
